The bearers were Leo Demers, Edouard Lafond, Urbain Gagne, Henri Cote, Faida Belair and Gerald Parant. Attending the funeral from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Rock Isabelle, Methuen, Mass.
Burial was made in the family lot in Mt. Calvary cemetery under the direction of Edmond J. Boufford. At the grave committal prayers were recited by Rev. Armand Provost.

He is survived by his widow; three sons, Louis, Leo and Theodore; two daughters, Cora and Eva; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Amedee Prince; a brother Gedeon Prince; four sisters, Mrs. Cleophas Gagnon, Mrs. Philip Collin, Mrs. Wilfred St. Onge and Mrs. Donat Provencher, all of Manchester.
